Alberta Home Loans, Inc. is a fully licensed Mortgage Brokerage Company with its head office in Calgary, Alberta. The company provides First and Second mortgages to clients throughout Alberta. We provide mortgage funds through both institutional and private sources to both prime and sub prime applicants. All our associates HOLD THE DESIGNATION AMP..(ACCREDITED MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL) or are in the process of obtaining it. This designation is obtained through the Canadian Association of Mortgage Professional (CAAMP) and indicates the associate is highly trained, professional, and in order to maintain the designation, committed to continuing education.  It is the only designation for mortgage professionals in Canada.The AMP designation differentiates mortgage professionals from others in the mortgage industry by demonstrating a commitment to providing clients with an exceptional level of experience and results.  You can feel confident when dealing with a mortgage professional that has met a high standard of ethics and is committed to ongoing training.

Michael R. Roach, AMP, Broker and President, has been involved in the mortgage industry since 1970. In 1976 he formed his first mortgage brokerage firm and, as President, helped pioneer the industry over the next 30 plus years. Mr. Roach and his firm have developed business relationships with over 50 lending institutions, both institutional and private. Mr. Roach and his associates pride themselves on their knowledge of the industry, professionalism and above all their integrity. His most recent company, Alberta Home Loans Inc. was founded in March 2007

Gloria Roach, AMP, Vice President of Operations, has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. Prior to joining the firm founded by her husband, Gloria enjoyed a successful 30 year career in numerous executive positions with the Federal Government . Gloria has excelled in the mortgage industry, provides an exceptional level of service, and is dedicated to the financial well being of her clients.

Angela E. Smith, AMP, Senior Mortgage Consultant, joined the firm in 2005, having previously spent  eight years with a major chartered bank. Angelas’ previous banking experience has provided her a fast track into the mortgage brokerage industry and it has resulted in a  high degree of repeat clientele. Her product knowledge , her professionalism, and her attention to detail is phenomenal.

Ron Regimbald,CMA, AMP, Senior Mortgage Consultant, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has worked in the Accounting field for several large Canadian companies since 1992. Ron made the transition from accounting to the mortgage brokerage industry in 2006. Rons’ accounting background gives him the added ability to quickly analyze a clients situation and provide the best mortgage options to suit their needs. It is a skill that is invaluable to his clients and serves them well.

Jason Pelletier , Senior Mortgage Consultant, offers a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Pelletier was employed with a Canadian chartered bank. He was also employed with a sub prime lending  institution. His 11  years with those firms gave him an incredible head start in the mortgage brokerage industry.  He is a results driven, honest,  mortgage professional currently working on his AMP designation which he expects to receive by June 2010. 

Patricia (Tricia) DeGiuseppe, Mortgage Consultant  joined our company in 2008 with a degree in Business Management .  Patricia has been active in the real estate industry for the past 6 years, most recently working as a real estate assistant. Her background and education provide a wealth of insight into our industry and will enable her to serve her customers very efficiently and effectively. She is also working toward her AMP designation.
